Always consult a qualified professional regarding your individual circumstances.
If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or seek immediate medical attention.

4. Transportation and Other Third-Party Services
Some services may be coordinated through independent transportation companies, food providers, healthcare organizations, community partners, technology platforms, or other third parties.
These providers are not employees or agents of Wellness Bridge Foundation unless expressly stated otherwise. Their services may be governed by separate terms, policies, availability requirements, and safety standards.
Wellness Bridge Foundation does not control every action of an independent provider and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability, arrival times, delivery times, or the performance of third-party services.
Participants are responsible for providing accurate scheduling and contact information and for notifying our team promptly about appointment changes or cancellations.
Our transportation services are not emergency medical transportation. Call 911 if emergency assistance is needed.
5. Requests for Support
You agree to provide information that is accurate and complete when requesting support. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may delay assistance or affect eligibility.
Information submitted through a support request will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and any applicable program consent or authorization forms.
Please do not use general website forms to communicate an emergency or submit information that requires an immediate response.
6. Donations
Donations to Wellness Bridge Foundation are voluntary and may be processed through an independent payment platform.
By making a donation, you represent that:
-
You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
-
The information you provide is accurate.
-
The donation is made voluntarily.
-
You understand that third-party processing terms may also apply.
Donations are generally nonrefundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, duplicated, or processed without authorization, contact us promptly. We will review the request and respond in accordance with applicable law and payment-processing requirements.
Donations may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Donors should consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual circumstances.
Unless Wellness Bridge Foundation accepts a gift with a specific written restriction, donations may be used where they are most needed to advance the organization’s charitable mission.
7. Fundraising on Our Behalf

8. Events and Registrations
Events may have separate registration requirements, participation agreements, refund policies, safety rules, waivers, or photo and media notices.
Event dates, locations, speakers, activities, and schedules may change because of weather, safety concerns, venue requirements, or circumstances outside our control.
When separate event terms are provided, those terms also apply to your participation.
9. Volunteers and Partners
Submitting a volunteer application or partnership inquiry does not guarantee acceptance, placement, sponsorship, or collaboration.
Volunteer opportunities may require an interview, orientation, training, background screening, confidentiality agreement, reference check, or additional documentation.
Volunteers must follow all applicable Wellness Bridge Foundation policies, role boundaries, safety expectations, and confidentiality requirements.
10. Children and Families
Some programs may serve children, young people, and families. Participation by a minor may require consent from a parent or legal guardian and completion of program-specific forms.
